3 EAR MUSIC GROUP offers a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), also known as a Confidentiality Agreement (CA) to openly share pertinent information excluding 3rd parties. |

3 EAR MUSIC GROUP analyzes Catalog financials and prepares the Catalog book or pitch sheet that becomes the presentation to acquiring parties. |

3 EAR MUSIC GROUP represents the Client/Catalog in negotiations, including exploring the sale of the Catalog as well as future songwriting and publishing rights for any new compositions written by Client, when applicable. |

Jonathan served as SVP Strategic Development, VP Business Development, Creative Director and Executive Producer for Universal Music Publishing Group, BMG and Zomba. He is a 3-time Emmy Award winner for Outstanding Music Supervision and Composition. |

LINDA CHELGREN began her career with A&M Records’ publishing arm, Rondor Music International, and rose to serve as Vice President of Creative Licensing and later Universal Music Group (UMG). Linda has more than three decades of experience in all areas of music publishing specializing in promoting masters and pitching songs for film, trailers, television, commercials and multimedia.

NATALIE FIRSTENBERG has an extensive Film & TV production and casting background, and over 20 years experience coaching artists, actors, musicians and business executives. With a degree in Communication Studies and a Masters in Psychology, she brings a knowledgeable and visionary perspective as corporate coach and Vice President of 3 EAR MUSIC GROUP.
